This Privacy Policy explains how AJEX Sports Solutions LLC ("Scorebugs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Scorebugs website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

• Account & contact information you provide at signup — name, email, phone, organization name, and billing address.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers; we keep only limited billing details and subscription status.
• Content you create — team names, logos, colors, overlays, themes, schedules, and related settings.
• Usage & technical data — such as IP address, browser/device information, and log data, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or sales.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• Process subscriptions, billing, and taxes;
• Provide support and respond to your requests;
• Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
• Send account and service messages, and — only if you opt in — product news, new features, and tips.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers who work on our behalf — for example, Stripe (payments), scoreboard data providers such as Scorebird, hosting, and email delivery.
• Legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With your consent — when you ask us to share information.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to operate core features. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain records (for example, billing and tax records) as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account information, subject to those legal obligations.

The Service is intended for schools, organizations, and adults operating broadcasts. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
