Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AJEX Sports Solutions LLC ("Scorebugs," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Scorebugs website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Scorebugs provides tools to create customizable scoreboard graphics ("overlays") for live video broadcasts, including manual score control and optional automated data from supported sources. Features, plans, and limits may change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period and then stops renewing. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal. Applicable taxes may be added.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: (a) break the law or infringe others' rights; (b) upload content you do not have the rights to use, including team names, logos, or marks; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or (e) use the Service to store or transmit malicious or unlawful material.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as team names, logos, colors, and overlay configurations). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any logos or marks you upload.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, templates, designs, and branding, is owned by AJEX Sports Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party products and integrations (for example, Stripe for payments, Scorebird for scoreboard data, and broadcast tools such as OBS, vMix, and Hudl). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJEX Sports Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the version and effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
